getting through midterms healthfully

It's coming up on midterm time! Or, if you're a grad student like me, it's '****, I didn't do nearly enough work in September' time. How is everyone finding healthy ways to deal with the stress and get through exams?

    Hmm..So far, I've been pretty unsuccessful with this. Last spring and now this fall, I have gained around midterms, and to be honest, I have not recovered from finals in May.

    Sigh.. Bringing my lunch and snacks helps. It's the late night study time that is really getting me.
  • When I'm hungry, I drink a glass of water or some tea. Also, if do really enjoy coffee, so I let myself have as much of it as I want around midterms. That way I don't feel like I have to have a sweet treat or a bag of chips- I can have coffee instead!
