Today I discovered that I was no longer trapped in my body. I own it! It's mine to do what I want with. What I've wanted since Sept 5 is to workout with Jillian Michaels and get healthier.
My doctor's office called with my latest A1c result - it was 4.9!!! This is the best I've ever felt about me, about my disease, about everything.
This is a feeling I want for every diabetic to have.
Diabetes - bring it on!!!!

That's great news and it always helps to hear of success stories which are a real boost to those who are still on the journey. Recognising that our journey is a lifetime one helps to keep us humble and focused. As a wise friend once remarked, " the veterans have learned to walk" I trust you continue to maintain your current levels.0
