    Am currently on 850 after today and got a 2 pac going! :)..
    Start every morning off with 25 crunches and then 25 before bed.. I admit I had a few days where I skipped and did like 10 or not even any and I started a few days late in to October but once you just say to yourself "I'm going to do 25 crunches now!" then do it, don't think if you should or shouldn't, or can be bothered or have time.. It takes a couple of minutes and the results after a while are good.. Just get it in to your routine :)
