Needed: Input for next weeks "Weekly Goal"..
(This week is substitute all other drinks for only water!)

Examples:

No Fast Food

8 hours of sleep every night

Excersize daily

ect......

    how about at least 15-30 minutes of exercise for 7 days? at least 5 days? at least 3 days?
