WEEK 2 GOAL
NO FAST FOOD! Tough I know for some of these on the go parents and really anyone searching for sheer convenience of a quick bite. This is going to be hard. DRINK ONLY WATER FOR 1 WEEK Share your experiences. Whether good or bad.

Needed: Input for next weeks "Weekly Goal".. (This week is substitute all other drinks for only water!) Examples: No Fast Food 8 hours of sleep every night Excersize daily ect...... P.S. Hope everyone is doing well so far on they're "water week" :flowerforyou:

Has any one else slipped up already?
Today was a potluck at my church, I did good with my water intake and the food i ate. Then I got home and there was nothing to eat so we ordered pizza... I feel horrible now :angry: :frown: :cry:

How is everyone feeling? I am personally feeling great! I have to drink my water VERY cold, but honestly I am feeling great!
