Today was a potluck at my church, I did good with my water intake and the food i ate. Then I got home and there was nothing to eat so we ordered pizza... I feel horrible now :frown:

Yes. Kinda... I had a mini challenge to have no fast food for a week, and another that was drink nothing but water for a week.. I had Subway today, and a tea from Petro's... both healthy things, but still failed both my challenges... but it coulda been worse- that food court at the mall was OMG smellin yummy...

Hey AnnilyiahMari...feeling horrible is a natural feeling, especially if we make a commitment to ourselves to do something for our fitness and health. The best thing to do is just make another determination...and try to follow through tomorrow. That is why I join groups...to be accountable. Thx for sharing...it is easier to be accountable to your MFP'ers...and over time we get better. Don't be soo hard on yourself...I see you just joined MFP...sooo WELCOME!!! Just start over. If we are too hard on ourselves we quit...and lose motivation! Soooo....Feel Better...and looking forward to hearing your VICTORIES, too!! :drinker: :flowerforyou:0 -

Subway is not really considered fast food. It can be really good for you depending on what you get so even though I don't know what you ate there, I'm betting your fine in that area. As far as the water challenge, I slipped up too and drank coffee. Even though it had no sugar and fat free half and half, it still wasn't water. You just have to say you messed up, learn from it and move on!0
