Ok today, I think we need to rest up some and also take some time to sit, close our eyes and reflect. Try for 5 quiet minutes. We all did so good this week with our daily challenges. I am proud of us all.

I do have a suggestion for sometime--we spend a lot of time in the car so I try to get some exercises in during our drives. Here are a few you can do as a passenger in the car or on an airplane, feel free to add to the list.
shoulder shrugs
ankle rotations
ankle flexes
knee raises
butt squeezes--good for hip muscles
kegels--good for stress incontinence--look them up if not familiar0 -

That is funny you mention kegles. I was thinking of how I do them standing in line places. LOL and butt squeezes too. This are all good ones. I will use them for future days. I hope it is ok I am going to use this last one that we did today, for my next weekly challenge for the 60 group. Thanks Liz for any and all suggestions.
