After running hair..how to refresh w/o shampooing

I have naturally curly hair and don't want to wash it after every run, but I also do want to be smelly. Any tip/tricks to refresh my hair without shampooing after every run?

Baby powder or look for some "dry shampoo spray" (which is basically baby powder in a spray form).

I just wash mine in the shower, no shampoo, just water. Seems to be working. Depends on time of year. Can go for weeks like that in summer, not so much when it gets colder.

    Dry shampoo :) it's a life-saver.

My stylist recommended not washing every day (I don't have super curly hair, but it's dry), but I told her there was no way I could skip it on workout days! She said just wet it, no shampoo, which I now do often. I'll usually put some conditioner in it though, so it's easier to comb out. Comes out great!

Yeah I have a can of dry shampoo, it makes it far less 'sticky' looking and smells awesome.
