stepping out of the challenge

hey all,
just wanted to let everyone know that after 5 weeks i am stepping out of the challenge. i have decided that i really want to bulk currently and focus my efforts on strength in the gym.
my starting weight was around 89kg dry and my lowest weight was 86.8kg dry so around 2.2kg drop, im happy with that, lost around an inch on the waist and definition has improved dramastically.

my diet has been poor the last week and my weight has settled around 88kg wet, but i am hoping with a slightly cleaner consistant diet i can make some gains before february.

my first aim is to be able to bench 90kg for 4 with good form, currently i could probably do 75kg so hoping by xmas i will be there.

squats im hoping to add 20kg, deadlift a 220kg with good form ohp id be happy with 10kg increase maybe hitting 50kg for 5 to start,

my actual weight i am hoping to get upto 95kg, even if thats wet after a dominoes night it be nice lol.
