Since we had company overnight on Sat. and were out for dinner, I allowed myself to use my later cut-off time.
Have a good week everyone.

Welcome back from your holiday gmukris :glasses:
I'm doing pretty well. The group is keeping me strong.
LNS 2 (both of which were planned and actually only puddings, they were just a bit later than I tend to eat)

I had the whole night the urge to binge. Instead I had a few raw almonds (and just that) before going to bed. Given the first thing I said, I feel the need to reward myself:

I'm holding strong, though it was fairly tough last night on my night shift. It was really stressful in the early hours and a bit of banana loaf was calling me at 6am but I'd had my banana at about 4am and my porridge at 6.30am so I walked away and tried to forget about it.
Toast and marmite before I went to bed and just had a healthy hot dinner at lunch now. I go out with running club tonight so I may go back to bed for a bit now as only 3 hours sleep is not much

Well done everyone

When book club starts after cut off time, you've just gotta be okay with getting a point in the wrong column :happy:0 -

Suggestion: find a rule for those nights, such as "no more snacking after x p.m./x hours". Or "no more refills after ...". You know, something decent by which you don't stand out, but which keeps you from mindlessly having bites of bits that are neither necessary for socializing nor for showing good manners. Get my point? .
On the other hand, if you're OK with losing a point on such nights, so are we! :flowerforyou:0 -
Ladies and Tommy , I just thought that from Nov on we should have a post on the main board advertising for our group. This would be a post that we could reactivate at random times, because it seems to me that this Oct's topic is not visible on the main board. Agreed?0

Dewdrop, not a bad idea for those nights. I will say that I did not go back for seconds. I had one small plate of food and water. But I like your rule idea for those special occasions. I'm definitely to the point that 95% of the nights I don't even have the urge to LNS.0
