Just for clarification's sake.....here is the Week One breakdown:
I take Sundays as my off days just in case anyone was wondering
And I am also adding 3 days of running each week with my 10k trainer to get started on next year's goal to run in a 10k.
Day 1: Workout 1
Day 2: Workout 2
Day 3: Cardio 1
Day 4: Workout 1
Day 5: Workout 2
Day 6: Cardio 1

Thanks for posting this. I am not doing the kickstart week. Reason being is I already strength train 3 days a week and do HIIT training 3 days a week so there really is no more room in my schedule
. I normally do the DVD bit first then go to the gym or use my treadmill/stationary bike. So far it's been working okay. Looking forward to Workout 2 tomorrow.
