Ok today for those of us who can do it, we will do counter pushups. Also can be done on the door or table. Just put hands up on the place of choice, legs out behind you hip width apart and push up and down, up and down. Thanks to Gypsy for this idea. Sorry I forgot to post this last night.

    yeah, I knew this one you could not do, and since you mentioned it, I think I will throw in some wall sitting myself. Thanks Liz.
