Weigh In

Does anyone want to record their regular weigh in results?
Enter your details in this thread to keep track of your progress. Most people like to weigh themselves every week, which is not always a good idea as your day to day weight can fluctuate quite a bit. I usually recommend weighing every 4 weeks so you can see consistant results, but we can use this thread to record both weekly and 4 weekly weights.
You can post as much or as little information as you like, such as
Starting Weight (SW)
Current Weight (CW)
Goal Weight (GW)
Week Weight Change (WC)
Four Week Weight Change (4WC)
The 4 week change is the one you should be looking at to make sure you are heading in the right direction. If you don't have a set weigh in day then Monday's are usually the best as most consider it the start of their week.
Anyone who posts here every week and also completes the monthly exercise challenge can have their body fat measured with my body composition scales at the free group personal training session.
