Really quick and cheap!

Just wanted to share with everyone this really quick side/ lunch I've been making lately.
Brace yourself, it has a very long list of ingredients and it's hard to make :
-1 can corn with no added salt
-1 can black beans
-hot sauce to taste
-.5 tsp cumin
Drain corn and rinse the beans, dump everything in a bowl and mix. TAAAA DAAA!! Done! 182 calories for one cup!
I love it as a side with quesadilla, tacos, fajitas or I'll use it as a base with different veggies in it for a main course for lunch. ( tomatoes, cumcumber and avocado taste really good in it!)

I've made that a great cold salad in the summer by adding diced bell peppers (you pick which kinds you like best), grilled chicken and sometimes a little diced onion. I love cumin so I'll try that but I usually add a tablespoon of taco seasoning and some lime juice.0
