C25K with a cold?

I have been slowly working through the program all summer, and I have just completed W6D3.......and have just come down with a cold. :-( I really want to continue running, but I don't want to go out and push myself when maybe I shouldn't. Those of you that are further along, or veteran runners, what would you suggest. Go for brisk walks, continue on with W7, take a break and rest while getting over this? I really want to get out there and keep on......I just don't want to do so and end up backsliding because I make myself worse.

Do that make sense? Suggestions?
