I am trying to tweak my diet a little.. would love to know if anyone uses a low carb, low sugar protien shake powder or bar, what brand and flavor. I am looking to use it to replace a meal, some days are just so busy i find it easy to get off my diet when i am so hungry i just grab the closest or quickest thing. thanks

i use one of the two following
Premier Nutrition - High Protein Chocolate Shake 11 oz 160 cal 5 carb 3 fat 30 protein 3 fiber
Precision Engineered Hardcore - Whey Protein Isolate Protein Powder (Vanilla) 1 scoop 130 cal 2 carb 0 fat 30 protein 1 fiber
I purchase the pre-made shake at Sam's Club or costco and the whey powder at Vitamin World. I generally mix the powder with unsweetened almond milk, a splash of SF Da Vinci syrup and some cinnamon and occasionally add berries.0 -
My standing breakfast protein shake is 1/2 serving of Optimun Nutrition Pro Complex.

After lot of research, I came up with Designer Whey. I mic it with water:
100cals
2g fat
6g carbs; 2g sugar
18g protien
I like this brand because its sweetened with sucralose.
you have to test your BG after taking the shakes to make sure it desnt soike too bad. Some have sugar alcohols.
From my research the Optimal Nutrition brand that someone else recommended also see,s good, but I havent tried that one.0 -
I use LiveWell Center's Detox Essentials. As long as your budget warrants it ($80/14 servings, egads!) it is very satisfying meal replacement. 303-399-8050 to order.
Cal 230; protein 26g; carb 19g; fat 6g; fiber 19g. Lots of vitamins & minerals. Sweetened w/ stevia, not too sweet.0
