The last 5kg's!

Hey everyone!
Is anyone else stuck in that platue stage? Right on the edge of "healthy" and "overweight"? Week after week I go up and down, but the numbers are pretty much still the same. I know I can put in a bit more effort (even though I struggle for time) and just need a bit of motivation and direction.
I currently run half an hour every other morning, eat around 1200-1400 cals a day and do roller derby training twice a week.
I would be interested to hear how other people are handling that last 5kg's and suggestions about how I can ramp things up a bit?

I have no advice sorry but I am staying tuned! I am currently your weight and where you want to be too! I am still losing weight but I have only done this for a month. I eat 1500ish calories a day. I exercise about for times a week. Usually two strength based and two cardio based.0
