Day 2 done! I shortened my normal gym routine, because I knew Jillian was waiting for me at home. But I still did it! The workout was tough, but the weird thing I am more proud of is the fact I put that dvd in and "butt-kicked" my heart out even though my husband was already home. I used to feel embarrassed about working out with him around, but lately I've decided that's ridiculous, and if getting healthy is something I want to do, I'm gonna do it! He's been more supportive than I could have imagined, and I'm looking forward to the next 28 days!0

I woke up this morning thinking that I wasn't too sore, but got more sore as the day went by, for some reason. I am sitting down like a 95 year old--slowly sinking toward the chair until my weight finally takes over and plop! I gave about 2 seconds of thought of resting for a day because I wasn't even sure I would be able to do the exercises with sore muscles. But I did it! And it was easier than yesterday. I modified a little bit more, which probably helped.
Still hate push-ups!
