FINALLY starting to feel hungry!

This is the beginning of week 3 of reset for me, and I am FINALLY starting to be hungry!
At least Im hungry in the morning, so Im trying to get the majority of my food in then when Im hungry and then just have a light dinner later.

I also think that I may have been way over eating on days that I dance. Im 90% sure that I need to mark my exercising as 1 calorie instead of letting it recalculate the whole thing.

I used this simulator to calculate, and for some reason totally blanked on the fact that it calculated my work outs into the numbers.

So that would explain much of the bloat and why it was so hard to push... cause I was eating too much. :) YAY!

    Lol, yeah no need to eat back exercise calories unless you are having high burns that will net you below BMR
    I am sure you will be feeling more hungry now, that you are eating less
