Are the majority of people just doing the 30 day shred or are you incorporating other workouts as well?

I also run 3-4 days a week with a total of at least 20 miles.0

Not feeling awesome today but my plan is 5 days a week shred and three days just cardio(30minutes).0

I am wrapping up C25K (in Week 6), so I will keep jogging and doing this.0

Since I've just restarted my lifestyle change hopefully for the last time I'm only focusing on 30day shred. But on nicer days when its not raining I do plan on going to the park and walk the trails, which has some pretty good heels. I just love fall its my favorite time of year to be outside.0

I have a fitbit, and I walk at least 5 miles 5-6 times a week in addition to doing the shred.0

I am pairing it with walking. I am trying to do 3 miles everyday, but I was only able to 1.5 today. I don't think the shred itself is enough to see significant results fast.0
