Are the majority of people just doing the 30 day shred or are you incorporating other workouts as well?

    I also run 3-4 days a week with a total of at least 20 miles.

    Not feeling awesome today but my plan is 5 days a week shred and three days just cardio(30minutes).

    I am wrapping up C25K (in Week 6), so I will keep jogging and doing this.
  • Since I've just restarted my lifestyle change hopefully for the last time I'm only focusing on 30day shred. But on nicer days when its not raining I do plan on going to the park and walk the trails, which has some pretty good heels. I just love fall its my favorite time of year to be outside.
  • I have a fitbit, and I walk at least 5 miles 5-6 times a week in addition to doing the shred.
  • I am pairing it with walking. I am trying to do 3 miles everyday, but I was only able to 1.5 today. I don't think the shred itself is enough to see significant results fast.
