October: What are you short-term goals for this month?

Hey everyone, I swear it felt like I started the September thread a few days ago. Time is flying!!!!


How was everyone's September? Now it is time to add another goal or keep the same one. So what is your October goal?

I have kept up with my August (Limit candy and alcohol) and September (more ab exercises) goal...going strong. I would stretch for 10 minutes everyday. My muscles are really tight because i fail to stretch.

What is yours?
