A one day, B the next time?

I'm a little confused. I did two A workouts (stage 1, just started this past week) and then looked at the book and realized there is a B, too. I see I should not do these both in the same day, so that's fine. Do I do A - B - A - B? Or is A strictly for the first part of stage 1 and then B the second part of stage 1?

You alternate the days.0

Yes, you alternate the A & B workouts with a rest day in between each workout.0

Stage 1
Week 1: A, B, A
Week 2: B, A, B
Week 3: A, B, A
etc.
Assuming you go three times/week (adjust accordingly if not).
I really think they should have just numbered the Stage 1 workouts 1 - 16. I had to read it over and over and over before I started.0 -
