logging due to different levels

Hi guys.
i was thinking about it last night, i havent actually started level 2 yet but she says each level gets progressively harder.
so should we still calculate it under circuit training? because realistically we are going to burn more calories if we're working harder in level 2 and 3 compared to 1?
let me know what you guys think because i start level 2 on thursday.

Good point! Technically it is the same amount of time - but no doubt we will be burning more! Any ideas around?0

That's a good point! I hope somebody has an idea...0

I've tried looking on internet to see how many calories are burned for the different levels but not having much luck. Only clue they give you is if you weigh 150lbs (I so wish!) you would burn around 500 calories if you did it for an hour! Doesn't sound quite right to me and they also make no reference to the three different levels.0

I don't think logging should change as you move from one level to the next. Each level gets easier the longer you do it anyway, and I don't see anyone adjusting their calories burned downwards because of that. It's all relative to your body weight and fitness level anyway. If you want to be absolutely sure you log correctly, you could invest in a heart rate monitor.0

I will borrow a HRM from my boyfriend on Friday and try out (cant do it tomorrow, as he is using it himself)! Will see if its different from Level 1!0

I got to use the HRM today. The calories do differ to everyone - and these are the ones I get with my weight, etc.
So.. yesterday doing Level 1 Day 10 - I burned 200 cal. But keep in mind I did 7km run before the workout, so my heart rate was probably up.
Today with Level 2 - it says 180 cal. My average and max heart rate were actually lower.
No idea if these two are comparable, since yesterday I run before the workout. My conclusion would be to leave the same amount of cal burned for Level 2 as well.0 -
I picked up a HRM for this very reason, and I've found my calorie burn stays in pretty much the same range between the two levels.0
