Favorite healthy recipe during IF?

I know this is not a new one but I found it only recently.
<b>Cottage cheese pancakes:</b>
1/2 cup reduced fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup oats
4 egg whites(large) or 1 whole egg and 3 egg whites
cinnamon (to taste)
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions: Mix all in blender and make your pancakes.

Roughly (depends on brand of everything):
300cal, 30g carbohydrates, 4-10g fat, 30g protein.


I like to add fat free whip cream or cool whip and some strawberries. You can also top with fat free syrup, fruit, or add a little sweetener to the batch.
