Really looking forward to it!
Not done half as much as I intended to training wise for one reason or another, but I can do the distances at least!
It's only sprint length (400m, 22k, 8k) swim atm is about 11mins average, bike I should be able to do in about 48-55, run is my weakest though. MY gp has given me an inhaler though which I used tonight swimming and it helped hugely :drinker:
OH is doing it too although he's much much faster than me, but at least I have support (kinda hoping he finishes before me so I have someone cheering me on, but his start time in much later than mine :frown:

Good for you! Best of luck! Don't stress, don't overthink it, get a good night's sleep, and ENJOY yourself!!!0

That's more than a typical sprint length, at least the bike and run. Swim seems shorter than average (that's about a quarter mile)... You will do fine! I see you've got your tri suit ready Even if your run is your weakest point, by then you will be in the home stretch and I bet you'll look forward to crossing the finish line. Have a fantastic race!!0
