I've been coming along pretty good since October 1st, but am struggling with getting my calorie intake up.

Any ideas for boosting breakfast calorie intake? I've been doing egg beater scrambled eggs along with my hot lemon water and green tea. I always have a mid morn fruit.

Lunch and dinner are hard too but not as much because I usually will have my large portions of protein for dinner.

    Try a smoothie!!! Here's what I do:

    1 cup Kefir (120 calories) -- or you can use plain, unsweetened yogurt
    1 cup berries (~70 calories)
    1 Tbsp olive oil (120 calories)
    1 scoop protein powder (140 calories)

    That's 450 calories. If that's too many calories for your liking, you can eliminate the olive oil.:smile:
