I killed it. I owned it. I am ready for D2! Bring it on!!!
No words to say how freaking good I feel after this morning's run. I changed things up a bit, and did give myself a small advantage. I reversed my course so that I wouldn't have big hills to run up at the end. I figured if I was going to run for 3 five minute stretches, I wanted to make sure I wasn't discouraged. It worked like a charm. The course was flat for all of the running and I completed it without a hitch.

Good technique to avoid those hills and finish your runs! I didn't start running up the hills until W7D1 and I am glad I did. I can now run the full course where I run and it is also where I will be running my first 5k next month. Keep up the great work!0
