Just did Day 11! I think I like this level! :) Dont get me wrong - planking is killing me, so I do those modified, but overall I like it! Maybe its just today - because its refreshing doing new exercises! :)

How do you like the new version of push ups by the way? :)

  • WOW level 2 has me SWEATING. I like it though. I like the variety in cardio. I was definitely sick of just jumping. I like the push ups! I can actually do them! Anyone else notice how she likes to say two more, then pause while you do another one or two then start counting down? I'm liking it...hoping to see some results soon!
  • So. Much. Planking. Ahhhhhhhh!!!!!!!
It was tough, but so was day 1. It'll get easier as I go on!
    9 more days bahahahaha!
  • I'm on day 6 of level 2, and I'm starting to love it! The first day it was nice to do something new, but now I'm starting to see a difference in my abilities as I do the routine - I can do more reps before I need to drop down to modified or take 5 seconds. Tonight I only rested once!

I'm on Day 4 (or maybe 5) of Level 2-- it has gotten much better and I'm not sweating as bad-- planking is not for me, the last set of abs is about 45 seconds of rest with a couple moves stuffed in the middle as I can do it-- otherwise it's getting much more bearable.

I skipped yesterday (and maybe the day before that) I was going to skip tonight until I realized I have to weigh in for a Christmas challenge Saturday morning and I'm scared of not losing as much as I need to to meet my goal..

Group Challenges got me off my lazy tush tonight- Yay!

Glad to see everyones pushing through these workouts!!

okay im conflicted, i just finished my first day of level two, and i enjoyed that it was different and it def. got my heart rate up and had me sweating my butt off. but i seriously would rather have jumping jacks then so many damn planks. omg. but its good because it'll make my arms stronger and i did really high intensity until the end i could barely hold myself up doing the last minute of abs. this one is def. an arm killer. :<

I am still trying to decide how I feel about Level 2...I like the fact that there are less JJ, but I DO NOT like the plank jacks and such...I had to do those modified. Also that third strentgh circuit is KILLER on my poor arms, I had to lose the weights for the last set of V-lif/squats!

Hoping I will see the same improvements in my ability as I did with Level 1 and be able to master this before moving on to Level 3.

    Great job everyone!!!

Did first day of level 2 last night. Thought it was better than level 1 but that might just be because i was getting bored of doing the same thing. Is there any way of doing the planks wrong? The reason i'm asking is because i didnt find them particularly difficult? I dont particularly struggle doing stomach exercises (no I dont have stomach muscles that show, they must be hidden very well!). Just wondering if I wasnt "flat out enough" or anything? Please let me know if there is a way of doing them wrong so I can correct what I am doing.

Well.. it could be that when you are in a plank, your shoulders are not exactly on the same line as your palms on the ground. I realised at some point that if I turn my head down to look at what my legs are doing - I automatically move my body a bit backwards and the shoulder weigh goes of from hands and it is easier. So I try looking at the floor between my palms when I do those planks (make sure that you do plank stand not push up stand as Jillian explains). THEN I feel my hands struggling! No idea if I made myself clear :D

Just finished Day 11 and oh my gosh! That was difficult. I feel good that I completed it, but I don't know about those planks!
