Since Cali is away I will suggest something. How about we all eat a lot of anti-oxidants today--things like broccoli, blueberries, blackberries, grapes, red wine, low sugar dark chocolate etc if they fit in your eating plan. Feel free to add to the list.

Add nuts, especially walnuts and almonds to the list.
For me today I had blackberries, blueberries, green tea, 90% dark chocolate and nuts.
