I have found these vitamins to be very helpful in my weight loss. I have low iron so if I don't have my shake then I can depend on the vitamin to give me what I missed. I have seen a difference in my hair and nails and skin. I think that all of us should try to add a vitamin to our routines. You put in good things and good things come out. We can do this y'all.
