Went out for a 7km run and then did the workout! Its way more difficult after a run! Feeling great and liking what I see in the mirror!

i like the cardio better in level 2 but over all i hate it im looking forward to moving onto level 3 lol0

I know I am behind a lot of you but I'm still going at it!!! Did Day 12 last night and then went to the gym and did the weight machines. Ache quite a bit today and had trouble getting my boots on over my calf muscles!! Have only lost a couple of pounds but have definitely noticed my clothes are getting slightly looser.0

Just finished day 12 after an initial shock at all of the planking in level 2. I think I am slowly getting the hang of it. Very slowly.0
