Logging YAYOG exercises for cardio

I 've been just logging it in as "Strength training" but suspect that for some types of intense exercises (tabatas or stappers), there may be some way to reflect that you burn more calories than the program gives you for strength training. Any ideas?

  • I figured it out on my own - use one of the calisthenics options. Much better results.

    Thanks, I had been trying to figure out how to log these workouts. Will try calisthenics.

    I may have to try this. I was using my bodymedia to calculate them but I think it calculated way too high
