Moving to Level 2 sooner

Anyone thought about moving to level 2 sooner than waiting 10 days. I did Day 5 today and some of level 2 today. I guess with all the other workouts I'm doing, my endurance level is growing and I'm finding I'm getting bored with level 1. I will stick at for another 2 days and then may consider moving on to level 2. Anyone else like this?

    i will be doing day 6 in a few im considerin moving to level 2 on monday cuz im finding myself gettin a lil bored n need to up my weights from 3 lbs to 5 lbs. what weights r u using?
  • I am going to stick out the 10 days for each level. I can't do level one without modifying, so I don't feel like I should move up sooner. It does get old, but I found that muting the tv and just listening to my music makes it better. Good luck!

    I started with 3lbs and used them today but it felt like nothing. I was going to up them tomorrow to my 5lbs and see how it feels. But the few minutes I did of level 2 was really good. Felt more of a burn with that level.


    Good point amber_arend.... I only did modified version Day 1. I've been pushing it with the regular version all the other days and keeping up with it. I guess if I was only doing modified version I would stick with it longer, but then I can always stick with Level 2 few days more if I do decide to move up.

    I have been using 5 pound weights since day one and I have been doing the non modified version since yesterday and that made a big difference so I will be going on for the next 4 days
