Food Challenges for the week:
1. Choose a day and don't have any calories from liquids/drinks. Coffee doesn't have any calories
2. Pick one night where you don't eat anything after 9pm
3. Have a least 8 hours of sleep one night (i know its not a food challenge but this is very important)
4. Have a day where you don't "mindlessly" eat/munch
5. Choose one day where none of your food can come from a box i.e.processed food
Fitness Challenge for the week:
1. 200 burpees
2. 100 prisoner get ups
3.150 push ups
4. 1 extra mile run
5. 1 exercise or class or activity you have always wanted to try, go ahead and try it
