Anybody doing 5K101?

I tried C25K from Cool Runnings about 3 years ago and got stalled around week 6. Decided to give running a try again a month or so ago, but this time picked up a program called 5K101. It is fairly comparable to C25K having 8 weeks to be running 30 minutes straight. The only difference I can see is the running legs are constant through each week whereas the C25K changes depending on the day. I'm on W6 and it is 2 running legs of 12 minutes each and it is the same for all 3 days of the week. Next week will be 3 sets of 12 minute runs and of course the last week one long 30 minute run.
For me, having the constant lengths has helped. Sometimes the first day I have to walk briefly to catch my breath but by the third day I feel strong. I remember doing the graduated runs in C25K I'd do well the first 2 days and by the longer third day I'd waver and be unsure whether or not I should progress to the next week.
Anyone else have similar experiences?
