Okay, I have been low carbing pretty much all year. I do good limiting my carbs, I feel wonderful, it keeps me disciplined but I decided it's time to UP them. SO, I want to hear from you all. What is your current weight, what are your macros set at? How much are you losing weekly? How often do you exercise and what kind of exercise do you do? I will add my info here as it's only fair but I would love to hear from everyone else.

Age: 40
Daily Caloric Intake: 1800 or less
Daily Carbs: 113g (25%)
Daily Fat: 70g
Daily Protein: 180
Sodium: 2500 mgs

I exercise 2-4 times a week, generally walking by Walk Away the Pounds DVD plus neighborhood walks when I have a day off. While low carbing, I could lose 2-3 lbs a week but it's slowed down and I am wanting to start adding carbs back in. I wasn't exercising before and I am not expecting huge results but I am just going to try to do my best to stay within my macros, continue to exercise and see where it takes me.

    So I am losing about a pound a week. I have always been a slow loser, probably always will be.

    For exercise, I aim for 30 minutes a day. I do dvd's also ---sweatin to the oldies, just started the 30 day shred, wii just dance games.....

    I left my macros alone---I am not aiming for low carb, but I try to not to eat a lot of bread, cereal...no pasta. Most of my carbs are from popcorn (cant go without it!)

    I don't even measure carbs, I haven't restricted them at all.

    How often I work out depends on how I feel about exercise that week. lol. Last week was 6 days with a total of 390 minutes. The week before was 5 days, 220 minutes. I'm losing 1.5-4 pounds a week, depending on how much I work out and other natural fluctuations. I walk the trails, jog in short bursts, swimming (at least when it was still nice), do Leslie Sansone walking DVDs, just started 30DS today, stationary bike, strength training/calisthenics.... etc
