I have been able to keep up the workout, it's actually going great. I work on computers daily at work and when I get home. I pretty much avoid the computer. I just wanted you all to know I am still with you.. and will try to include the daily check in on the weekend.

I gained a pound :frown: but my ARMS are very muscular looking.. I have been getting compliments on them. I use 5lbs weights for the squat press, 1 set of the lunge curls and then for the chest fly's.. and 2lbs weights for the rest. I hope starting Monday I can just use the 5lbs..( we shall see :bigsmile: )

Hang in there one week down... doing something 13 times in a row is suppose to make it a habit... ( lets create some habits)...
