Follow and Excersise !!

Just wondering if you follow your daily calories and exercise everyday or at least 3 times a week Cause I do 30 Min's on a treadmill and I would love to do it everyday but being a single dad of a 5 year old and working I find it very hard !! I will go a week straight on the treadmill doing 30 min's sometimes even a full hour but then I find I will stop for like weeks after or even more then i get inspired again and pick it up again !! I guess im just wanting to hear how other people can do this ?? any thoughts ??

    I work Nighshift at a powerplant...72-80 plus hours a week, I have my ladies (six year old daughter, and my lovely wife), and it is an effort to stay focused). Very depressing at times..That said, to counteract my depression, I ride my bicycle (30-35 min) every other day, minimum (usually daily) , and do the gym 3 days a week. I have committed..I MUST EXERCISE....or I'll be fat forever.

    I hung a calendar over my table, and every time I come in from working out, I get the pleasure of putting a big red "X" on that date..
    I'm about 10 days in....I've found I just have to do it...The time is there, I just have to make it happen. The calendar REALLY helps.
