Starting Phase 3

Hi everyone! I'm starting Phase 3 today and I'm quite nervous about getting back to carbs. But I've been doing "little cheats" lately and have been weighlifting for a few weeks, so my coach says it's time to get out of ketosis. Had my first big breakfast today, and thought my belly was going to burst with all that food. Felt a little nauseated too - it was a lot of food! But I followed the Phase 3 plan, and I'm determined to phase off properly this time.
