I have been a fan of Leslie Sansone for years. I have many videos of hers. But, a lot of the videos are the same types of styles.
I just bought the 4Mile Power Walk videos. There are 3 videos on one dvd. One of them is 4 miles and the other 2 are 2 mile. I really enjoy the 2 that I have done so far. They are fresh and more up to date, especially if you like to do things other than just side steps, kick backs, and kicks. There are things such as jogging intervals, jumping jacks, and things like twists.
I got mine at Target.

My favorite is the Ultimate 5 Day Walk Plan. She has it set up where you can do the scheduled miles on Mon, Tues, Wed, etc. OR you can customize it to where you can choose what order you want to do the miles in. I usually do all 5 miles at a time and end with the blue mile because it's my favorite. She incorporates jumping jacks, jump rope and some fun dance-type moves in it. Love it.
Plus, I was SHOCKED when I saw her on this one. Her legs are like toothpicks now! I have a DVD of hers where her legs were pretty big. She lost a lot of weight - you can tell in her arms and face too.0 -
Thank you so much for this info!0

I have that one too! I do like it. Two of the 3 videos on this power dvd have a lot more jogging intervals and jumping jacks and things like that.0

Great to know because sometimes the same old moves get dull. I have the 5-day slim down and I like it. I like to do the whole think at once if I have time but each segment focuses moves for different areas and the last segment includes some jogging in place.0

On 2 of these videos there are 2 minute intervals of speeding up. That is one of the things I like. The third one is more like the classic videos, it is still alright. But, more like the older videos.0

I've tried the new 4Mile Power Walk video and agree with OP - 'fresh' is a good description. I can't do a couple of the moves - serious lack of coordination mainly - so I jog or do extra of the little bouncy/jumpy move instead.
(And I know this isn't very nice, but the cast in this dvd is far less distracting/annoying than the one in the dvd I've been using)0 -
I got the 4 Mile Power Walk because of you description. I did the 4 mile one today. Holy cow! That's the hardest Leslie Sansone workout in existence, I think! I've decided that the skinnier she gets, the harder her workouts.
Oh... and what's up with those 2 girls in the back row who look like skeletons? They didn't look healthy at all.0
