    Ugh - I am up for trying anything at this point! This is by far the most I have ever weighed outside of pregnancy.

    I was 162 in June 2011

    And Yes same comment applies here regarding weight and pregnancy - in fact the morning before my first was born I weighed 148! LOL. He was a petite wee ba though. Today he's almost 6' and nothing petite about him!

    I haven't been under 140 in at least 18 years, as I've always stopped at this point before. Going to shift those last few pounds now though... and this 17 day thing appeals to me. I like the cycling of the different phases.
