Day 15 - halfway there!!!

Was not having a good day with food, so was pumped for the workout! :) Feel loads better now! Also did extra exercises for my booty - some leg lifting, etc! :D

So.. congrats everyone - were are in the middle of the whole thing! And halfway in Level 2 as well! :)

I though it might be a good idea to share some NSV to motivate ourselves! :)

For me:
I can actually do regular push ups now - like 5 or 6 proper! Could not do any when started!
My jeans are getting looser - not only in waist, but thighs as well!
My boyfriends checks me out more - and says I look good!
I feel loads stronger and better!

How about you? :)

    Wow! Those are all great NSV's!!!!

    I am only on Day 13 (will complete Day 14 tonight)...I keep staring at myself trying to see a difference but I don't really see anything yet. I do feel stronger, I can handle all those stupid jumping jacks now and I noticed I feel stronger on my runs as well, but I am still waiting for a physical change you can see in my body! Hoping when i measure at the end I will be able to see the difference.

    i can almost fit in 12s again my 14s are getting loose, my bike shorts fall down when i do cardio now! and my boyfriend i think subconsciously is starting to be more attracted to me. he tends to attack me on a more regular basis haha and im starting to really like how my butts looking

    Did Day 15 this morning! Level 2 is getting easier but I still prefer L1...can't believe we are half way there already!

    Sadly, I am going to fall behind as I am going away this weekend. Will still workout but won't be able to do 30DS so I will have to pick it back up on Monday.
