maintenance/metabolism slowed?

For like the past 6 weeks, I've been on around 1000 net calorie diet. I ate way more than that, but I was doing like 1.5 hours of cardio and strength training a day. (like 3-4 mile run, P90X-type workout, intense ab stuff, and weight training). Now I want to switch to maintenance mode, because I don't want to lose more weight, i'm 5'2-5'3 ish and 96-97 pounds....but i'm afraid if my metabolism has slowed or something from my weeks of calorie deficit, and I don't want to go past 100 either.
so basically, when you're losing weight will your metabolism slow down? i don't want to like, skyrocket up to 1500 and then gain all my weight back.

Well your weight is likely TOO LOW. If it is you'll probably gain and you should. If you're not on birth control I wouldn't be shocked if you didn't get a period anymore to be honest.
You should get over your fear of being over 100 pounds...you're 5'2 to 5'3 and BARELY at a healthy weight. If you can't do that then I'd suggest speaking to your doctor about this.0 -
