Sorry pals, I forgot to post a new one last night for today. So here we go. It is 2ferTuesday again. Yes 2, 2, 2.
do 2 sets of 10 each crunches
2 sets of boxing
2 sets of upper cuts
2sets of wall sitting or squats
Whew, ok, I guess that is more than 2fer isn't it? Well, it isn't going to hurt us any. So do what you can. I know Liz can not do squats so she does wall sitting. do what you can. Just do 2 sets of it and then let us all know here what it was. Happy Tuesday you all.

    Did the crunches 2 setsx 30) and wall sitting ( 2 setsx30sec) while waiting for hubby to get out of the shower. :) Thanks!
    I realized since I've lost some weight there isn't as much weight to hold up on the wall sitting so I will have to increase my time next time.

    Ok, did 10 girl push ups X2
    10 squats X2
    10 heel lifts X2 (thank you Liz for suggesting them a while back)
    10 crunches X 3
    10 punches X2
    10 uppercuts X2.
    Dang I did good today. Had to make up for the days I was gone, although one day I did do some of this.
