I sometimes have a hard time staying awake, and walking around. Let alone working out or being able to focus on a meal plan. So here's an easy and still healthy way to get your iron under control, workout, and stay healthy. My choice is eggs. High cholesterol my come to mind. But I will get 18 mg of iron from my shake and 18 more from my one a day. Putting me at 36. I will get a small amount from iron enriched foods.. I am able to do more with more energy. I usually see a change within 3 days. Don't let anemia or not wanting to take a pill slow you down. Google a list of foods to help there are a lot. And if you want to loose the weight, get into shape, and get your nutrition. Call me. 912-541-4029. Things don't get better if you don't make them better.
