Do you need the recipe books as well as the 17 day diet? I will post my height and weight and ordering the book for my Kindle now!

I only have the book. I use the recipes that are in there. I have no plans of buying the recipe book.0

I too only have the book, i just eat based off of the recipes or put things together with the veggies and meats. I just went and bought more green tea to try different kinds, and went and bought all my veggies n fruits. I have a hard time thinking of different recipes so i tend to eat stir frys and salads often! Or just fish with 2sidesof veggies. Its so simple yet kind of hard to eat mostley the same things so just search of what others eat and make. Good luck to everyone!:flowerforyou:0
