Calories in C1

Options
The first time I did C1, I had a horrible time getting all my calories in -- I wasn't aware that eating too few calories could result in slower weight loss in future cycles.

I've just started C1 again (I started on this diet 2/19/11) -- I don't generally "do" C1 because I loathe it so <g>, but this time around, I'm having no problem getting to the 1,200 minimum -- my personally-set minimum is 1,300 and even with that, no problem.

Here's what I had yesterday; hopefully seeing this will help some of you struggling to eat enough. The numbers in parenthesis are the calories for that serving. Now....I will admit that it is not the norm for me to eat the chicken breasts for snacks as much as I did here.
