30 DAYS RAW VEGAN CHALLENGE (11th OCT-10th NOV 2012)

Hi,

I'm a vegan since May this year and I tried a lot of times to transit to raw vegan but it never went right :(
I think it would be easier with your support and if there would be someone to join me!

    Just some friendly advice, from personal experience:

    1) keep it simple!
    2) don't dehydrate everything!
    3) if you're cold, use ginger, cayenne, hot chiles, etc.
    4) if you're struggling and craving cooked or baked food, just make some brown rice, quinoa or lentils...and serve with raw veggies. (It's super healthy, and better than caving in on bread or whatever else)
    5) if you're still cold... you can carefully heat a raw soup to 105-110

    That was really nice of Bunny. There was no one around to help me, when I was learning.
    Id like to add that I made alot of Blender Soups. And don't forget your b12 .. and most important lesson I learned was get you Sunshine, or take your D.Can't stress that enough!
