Have to bow out due to shoulder pain

The doctor doesn't know yet what is causing this pain - could be a pinched nerve or some structural problem. I have an MRI scheduled for Friday PM so hope that will provide answers.
I have not stopped exercising, but I will have to concentrate more on my walking and aerobic workouts for a while.
BTW, the pain I am experiencing has not been caused by the 30 day shred workout, it began before I even purchased the DVD.
Best of luck ot all!

So sorry to here this. Shoulder pain is not fun. I have a problem with my shoulder pain also. It is so much better now but for a long time it hurt like a son of a gun! I had to go to physical therapy and went to a chiropractor also. The pain is still there but not as bad. It's like a frozen shoulder mine was. It's hard to due some of the exercises on 30 day shred (wind mill) Good luck with your MRI on friday! Keep us posted.0

I'm on a self-imposed 3 day shred break due to shoulder pain. I made it through 17 shred days and then I felt the pain, so I muscled through 2 more days, but found supporting myself in the plank too painful. I'm on my 3rd day of cardio only arm rest, but I'll try again tomorrow. If it still hurts, I'll go see the dr. Fingers crossed that won't be necessary. Adianeschu, do you modify any of the shoulder intense moves, or just fight through them?0
