    Tues.- This was the only day of the week I didn't get in at least 30 minutes of intentional exercise. I logged my food but was over my calorie goal.

    Wednesday- I did 30 minutes of walking and logged in my food under calorie goals. I was going to get in a last chance workout at the gym tonight too but my body crashed and I feel fast asleep.

    walking 3.5 mph-18 minutes=108 calories
    stregnth training-5 minutes=21 calories

    50 reverse crunches
    I have been logging all my meals and snacks.

    Wednesday: Had fried chicken:( but I did do well with my exercising got in roughly an hour of turbo jam and 15 minutes on legs
